Know exactly how to protect the people you love, in one 45-minute conversation.
The Legacy Clarity Session is a focused working session with an attorney. You'll leave knowing what your family needs, what it will cost, and what to do next.
Your full $397 is credited toward your plan if you move forward within 30 days.
You've meant to do this. Life keeps getting in the way.
Most families know they need a plan. What stops them is not knowing where to start. Will or trust? Who should be guardian? What happens to the house, the business, the savings? The questions pile up, so the decision waits.
Meanwhile, the people you love are unprotected. Without a plan, a court can make decisions about your children and your property, and those decisions may not reflect your wishes or your values.
You don't need more information. You need clarity, and someone to walk you through it.
What happens in your Legacy Clarity Session
In 45 minutes with Dian Trabulsy, Esq., we will:
Understand your family
Review your family, your assets, and what matters most to you.
Explain your options
Walk through your choices in plain language, including whether a will or a trust fits your situation.
Name the key decisions
Identify what needs your attention, such as guardians, trustees, and health care wishes.
Recommend a plan
Leave with a recommended plan and a clear flat fee, so there are no surprises.
You'll leave with peace of mind and a clear next step, whether or not you move forward with us.
Why we charge for this conversation
This isn't a sales call. It's real legal guidance from an attorney who has reviewed your questionnaire before you meet. A modest fee lets us give every family our full preparation and attention.
And if you decide to move forward, your $397 goes toward your plan.
This session is for you if:
- You have children, a home, a business, or savings you want protected
- You want your plan to reflect your values and faith, not just a form
- You have an old will that no longer fits your life
- You're caring for aging parents and want to plan well for them and for yourself
- You'd like to plan in English or Mandarin (我们提供中文服务)
