Legacy & Stewardship Membership
Member Benefits (Included with your membership year)
Complimentary Annual Review
Your life does not stand still, and neither should your plan. Over time, your assets shift, your family grows, and the law changes. As a Member, we sit down with you every year to review your estate plan and keep it current. Your annual review replaces the standard three-year review, and each year you have the option to record a new Legacy Reflection for your vault. We will also refresh your Legacy & Stewardship Inventory so every asset is properly accounted for.
Routine Updates to Your Existing Documents
Life happens, and the small updates that come with it are covered during your membership year. You will find the full list of complimentary updates on the Schedule of Benefits.
Discounted Rates for Complex Updates and Future Legal Work
When you need more involved changes to your plan, or new support such as business formation or long-term care planning, we will meet briefly to walk through the right approach and make sure you stay protected. Member rates for these services are listed on the Schedule of Benefits.
Complimentary Deeds and Refinance Packages
When you buy or refinance a Pennsylvania property, we will prepare a complimentary deed, or any other documents needed, to fund the real estate into your trust or satisfy lender requirements. We draft and record the deed; you are responsible for any county or state filing fees that apply. We can also prepare an updated homestead exemption form for your primary residence when needed.
First Access to Community Workshops and Client Events
Members always receive first access to the workshops and client appreciation events we host, free of charge.
Continued Trust Funding Support
Every client receives our team's support funding their trust for 120 days after their signing ceremony. As a Member, that support continues well beyond the 120 days, whenever new funding needs come up.
Planning for Young Adults (18-22) and Parents (75+)
As your children turn 18 and step into adult life, we will prepare a Young Adult Plan with a Financial Power of Attorney and a Health Care / Medical Power of Attorney so they are protected. For immediate family members aged 75 or older, we will prepare a Safe-Care Plan with a Financial Power of Attorney and a Health Care Directive (Medical Power of Attorney, HIPAA release, and Living Will) so you can step in for them in an emergency.
Secure Online Client Vault
You keep continued access to your secure Client Vault and digital copies of your full estate plan.
Notary Services
Notary service for basic documents is available by short appointment. Please note that our notaries are not authorized to notarize real estate closing documents or vehicle title transfers.
$899 Annual Membership Fee
$500 enrollment fee, waived for clients who join at their Legacy & Stewardship Planning Session
Our promise: as long as you remain a Member, your rate stays $899 per year and your benefits are locked in for the lifetime of your membership.
If you choose not to renew, we reserve the right to charge a $500 re-enrollment and set-up fee.
