Faithfully Legal Legacy Plan, estate planning for mission-led families

Estate Planning for Mission-Led Families and Entrepreneurs

Your estate plan should carry your values, not just your assets.

Most families know they need a plan. Many have been putting it off for years. Maybe it feels like a heavy topic. Maybe you are not sure whether you need a will or a trust. Maybe the two of you have not agreed on who would raise your children. You do not have to have it figured out before we talk. That is what we are here for.

“Moreover, it is required of stewards that they be found faithful.”
— 1 Corinthians 4:2

What Your Legacy Plan Protects

Every plan we design, simple or advanced, includes these core protections:
  • A Last Will and Testament, or a Pour-over Will when your plan includes a trust
  • Guardian nominations for your minor children
  • A Financial Power of Attorney, so someone you trust can manage your affairs if you cannot
  • A Health Care Power of Attorney and Living Will, so your medical wishes are known and honored
  • A review of the beneficiary designations on your accounts and insurance
  • A personal property memorandum for the things that matter most to your family
  • A planning session and a calm, guided signing ceremony
  • Signed originals and secure digital copies

Three Ways to Protect the People You Love

Every plan is a flat fee, agreed in writing before any work begins. No hourly billing and no surprises.

This Is Not Traditional Estate Planning

Most estate plans begin with forms and deadlines.

Ours begins with counsel.

We believe estate planning is an act of stewardship, one that deserves space, clarity, and thoughtful guidance. That belief shapes every part of our work.

Who This Is For

This planning experience is designed for:
  • Entrepreneurs and business owners
  • Founders with growing or multigenerational families
  • Mission-led individuals stewarding both wealth and responsibility
  • Families who value clarity, faith, and intentional decision-making
If you’re seeking something calm, relational, and deeply considered, this approach was built for you.

Counsel First. Documents Second.

Your Path, From First Call to Lifelong Care

You will always know what comes next and who is helping you.

Step 1: Legacy & Stewardship Consultation

Complimentary, 20 minutes, by Zoom. This is Legacy Alignment, where we begin.
We listen, answer your first questions, and make sure we are the right fit for your family.

Step 2: Legacy Clarity Session

A focused planning session
We talk through your family, your goals, and the hardest decisions, including who would raise your children if you could not. You leave with a clear recommendation for the right plan. When you sign your plan within 15 days of this session, its fee is credited in full toward your plan.

Step 3: Your Legacy Plan

This is Legal Architecture and Legacy Activation.
We draft your documents in plain English and walk you through every page at your signing ceremony. For the next 90 days we stay with you. We prepare and record the deed that moves your home into your trust, and guide you step by step through your accounts, so your plan works the way you intend.

Step 4: Legacy Stewardship Membership

This is Ongoing Stewardship.
Life changes, and your plan should keep up. Membership includes an annual plan review and ongoing support as your family grows. Enrollment is open to plan clients during the first 90 days after signing.

Ready after your consultation? You can move straight to your plan.

A Question to Consider

“If something unexpected happened tomorrow, would your family feel guided, or left guessing?"

Our Boundaries Are Part of the Care

We intentionally limit the number of families we serve each quarter so every client receives thoughtful, unhurried counsel. This plan is not designed for urgent or last-minute transactional planning.

If you’re seeking counsel, clarity, and peace of mind, you’re in the right place.

Advanced Legacy Planning for International & Cross-Border Families

Estate planning today isn’t just about wills and probate.

For families with international ties, mixed tax identities, or assets held across borders, it requires careful legal architecture under U.S. law.

We help families design legacy structures that work before incapacity, at death, and across generations, even when life, residency, or citizenship changes.

This is for you if:
  • Your family includes both U.S. and non-U.S. taxpayers
  • Your assets are held across multiple jurisdictions
  • You’re considering or already using foreign trusts or holding companies
  • You want a plan that adapts to future immigration, relocation, or family changes
  • You value clarity, control, and peace of mind, not just documents

Our Role

We serve as your U.S. estate-planning architect and strategic legal counsel, focusing on:
  • Structuring ownership and legacy plans under U.S. estate, gift, and income tax rules
  • Planning for incapacity, succession, and long-term governance
  • Designing solutions for mixed-status families
  • Stress-testing your plan against real-life scenarios
  • Coordinating with trustees, foreign counsel, and tax advisors, while reviewing for U.S. legal impact
We do not act as trustees, investment advisors, or foreign legal counsel.
We ensure your structure is compliant, intentional, and resilient under U.S. law.

How This Is Different

Traditional estate planning often focuses on state-specific documents and probate avoidance.
Our legacy planning focuses on federal strategy, cross-border complexity, and long-term flexibility.

This is estate planning for families who think in decades, not forms.

Your Investment

Every Legacy Plan is a premium, flat-fee engagement. There is no hourly billing. We confirm your fee during your Clarity Session, and we lock it in your engagement agreement before any work begins. Payment plans are available.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a will or a trust?

It depends on your family, your home, and how private you want things to be. Many families need a trust. Some do not, and we will tell you if a will is enough.

What if my spouse and I can't agree on a guardian?

That is one of the most common reasons families put off planning. We walk through the decision with you, step by step, in your Clarity Session.

What is trust funding, and do I have to do it myself?

Trust funding means moving your home and accounts into your trust so your plan actually works. We prepare and record the new deed for your home, and we guide you through your accounts for 90 days after signing.

What happens after I sign?

You receive your signed originals and secure digital copies, plus 90 days of support. After that, you can join our Legacy Stewardship Membership for an annual review and ongoing support as life changes.

Can we meet by Zoom?

Yes. Your consultation is by Zoom, and planning meetings can be by Zoom or in person.
